We offer a full range of round or oval ducting, manufactured with a helical 4 ply pittsburg locked seam. Diameters range from 75mm to 5000mm and wall thickness from 0.5mm to 3.0mm, in galvabond, mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium, with many different corrugation profiles available. We can offer manufacture, supply and installation of complete ductwork systems, or if preferred, ducting and fittings with all accessories to your design requirements can be supplied to any location in Australia.

STM Duraduct produce a comprehensive range of complimentary fittings. They are quality controlled and accurately factory produced to match our ducting. Some systems are quite complex, it is in these cases that our skilled staff are willing to share their expertise with you, to help solve your piping requirements. Round fittings and accessories are quality controlled factory produced to dimensions matching all diameters of Duraduct spiral tubing. Joints can be either spot welded and sealed or fully welded, to suit your requirements. Joining to straight sections can be made by standard M or F slip joint or by use of flanges, which we can supply ready fitted to each part. Gauges available: 0.5 to 4.0mm (heavier if required) Materials available: Galvabond, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium. |

Duraduct oval duct has exactly the same construction and advantages of out round machine made 4 ply lockseam spiral duct, as oval is initially made from round tube and is sized in our ovaliser machine to exacting tolerances. We offer gauges up to 1.2mm. The flat oval has increased duct strength over rectangular duct, with less flat surface it offers lower air and friction losses plus reduced vibration. Available in Galvabond Steel only. Available in Plain, Double Corrugated, Perforated Insulated. Complete with all fittings to suit. Typical variations of flat-oval duct with identical circumference that can be made by the same diameter circular tube. Plain flat oval should be 2 gauges heavier than equivalent round – otherwise double corrugated should be specified.
