Insulated Spiral Duct Systems

Product Description

Duraduct Insulated Spiral Duct Systems, in round or oval doubled walled, internally insulated duct and fittings, consist of an outer pressure tight metal shell, a layer of fire resistant fibreglass or Polyester insulation and an internal acoustic perforated, or plain metal liner.

Fittings are factory produced to ensure properly matched dimensions to fit all sizes of round or oval Duraduct pipes. All types of fittings, as shown on general range fitting and data sheets, are available. Inner and outer ducts can be manufactured with two small corrugations between the spiral seams for added circumferential strength. Acoustic perforations are standard 10% to 13% open area, larger perforations are available on request.

Round 75mm to 5000mm. Material thickness from 0.5mm to 3.5mm..

Oval 76 x 318mm to 914 x 1633mm Material thickness from 0.5mm to 1.2mm.
